I got the idea while watching my neighbourhood playing darts. Bulls eye is the term used to have the definition of; the center of the target in sports such as archery, shooting and darts. In relation to chess, if you can see the best move in your game then you can win it no matter how high does your opponent rating is. Unless your time is running out and your game has no increment.
